Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after you receive your order confirmation email. You'll receive another notification once your order has shipped.
Please note that processing times are separate from shipping times. High order volumes or postal service issues outside of our control may cause slight delays.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
We offer standard shipping on all orders. Any shipping charges for your order are calculated and displayed at checkout.
- Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery time is 7–15 business days.
Note: Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to customs processing or carrier issues.
International Shipping
We offer international shipping to most countries worldwide. If your country isn't available at checkout, please contact us to see if we can arrange delivery.
Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. vakipaw.com is not responsible for these charges — they are the responsibility of the customer.
How Do I Check the Status of My Order?
When your order has shipped, you'll receive an email notification with a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to appear in the carrier's system.
If you haven't received your order within 20 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us with your name and order number, and we'll look into it for you.
Refunds, Returns & Exchanges
We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery, provided the item is unused and in its original condition. We'll refund the full order amount minus any return shipping costs.
